We do not quote a figure on the phone and change it at the door. The technician looks at the job on site, tells you exactly what it costs, and you decide. Nothing comes out of the van until you have said yes. If the job turns out to be different from what you described on the phone, you hear that before any work happens, not on the invoice afterwards.
Non-destructive first
Most locks open without damage. Picking and bypass come before force, and drilling is a last resort we explain to you first and only do with your agreement. On a standard car lockout nothing is drilled and no glass is broken — a wedge opens a gap of a few millimetres, well inside the door frame’s normal flex, and a long reach tool does the rest.

Car keys are cut and programmed at your vehicle, including push-to-start proximity fobs, so there is no tow to a dealer and no waiting on a parts order.
